		<content type="html"><![CDATA[<BR>While&nbsp; LaDee, Woofer and I were out for our stroll earlier today we noticed that there was a chill in the air.&nbsp; The nights have become cooler also.&nbsp; It must have something to do with this season change Papa Greg was talking about, "Fall".&nbsp; I don't mind at all because I get to snuggle with Papa Greg.&nbsp; Papa Tony says its going to get cooler still and that out trips to the park will be less frequent because of the weather.&nbsp; We made a video of the view from the park so I could look at it when its too cold to go out. 		<title>Dog's BFF</title>

		<content type="html"><![CDATA[My only experience with water is when I am forced to take a bath.&nbsp; So when I saw on the news&nbsp;that a fellow terrier, named Jake,&nbsp;about my size was snatched by a rather large creature called a shark while swimming in a marina&nbsp;I got a little freaked out.&nbsp; Can a shark thing snatch me in the tub???<BR><BR>Thankfully Jakes owner, Greg Le Noir, saw the shark&nbsp;and dove in and with his fist&nbsp;punched the shark as hard as he could and the shark released Jake.&nbsp; Fortunately both Jake and Greg were able to swim to shore safely.&nbsp; When Greg was asked why he dove in after the shark he said that Jake was like a child to his wife and him and he was not going to abandon him.&nbsp; <BR><BR>Chances are slim to ain't gonna happen that I will be swimming in any water any where any time&nbsp; EVER so I feel pretty safe that I won't have to worry about a 5 foot long dog eat'n shark creature sneaking up and snatching me.<BR><BR><IMG height=332 alt="Man saves dog from shark" src="http://www.latimes.com/media/photo/2008-09/42674418.jpg" width=500><BR><BR><BR><IMG title="Man punches shark to save pooch " height=400 alt="Man punches shark to save pooch " src="http://www.news.com.au/common/imagedata/0,,6277711,00.jpg" width=350><BR><BR>

		<title>Bats in peril</title>

		<content type="html"><![CDATA[Recently we heard abut&nbsp; a horrible disease that is killing many of our bat friends.&nbsp; They are so important to kill bugs and regulate crops.&nbsp; I know that poppa Greg is very upset at this new finding sine he is so interested in saving energy and the environment.<br><br>It seems now that Wind Towers are causing problems to our bat friends.&nbsp; It's not what it seems tho.&nbsp; They are not getting cut up in the blades, instead the air pressure is causing them their chest to explode.&nbsp; Until this is researched and solved I have to come account against wind mil technology in synsative areas.&nbsp; This is actual a huge change in my thoughts but we definitely need to think things through as more info is available.&nbsp; <a target="_blank" href="http://www.coxwashington.com/reporters/content/reporters/stories/2005/11/13/BC_WINDMILLS_BATS_ADV13_COX.html">This arcticle explains part of it.&nbsp; </a><br>However it doesn't go deep into why the air pressure is changing their chest pressure and causing them to explode.<br><br>It does make me think that I may no longer be for wind alternative energy.&nbsp; We need to save our BATS!<br><br><br><br><table><tbody><tr><td>&nbsp;<img src="http://images.quickblogcast.com/116122-108398/woohoo_med.gif" border="0" width="210">&nbsp;</td><td>&nbsp;Love &amp; Licks, <br>

		<content type="html"><![CDATA[Daddy Greg was reading me a story this morning and it got me thinking.&nbsp; I know I am a valuable member of the family, but I've always wondered what good all of these cats are? 		<content type="html"><![CDATA[I heard Winger, our pal parrot, squawking this morning to be uncovered and fed and it reminded me of a story that poppa Greg showed me earlier about a lost parrot that knew his name and address so they were able to take him back to his family. 		<content type="html"><![CDATA[Aunt Aggie sent us an email update on the kitties that she rescued last week with some pictures, so I thought I would forward that along to everyone...<br><br>I took some pictures of Aphrodite (Mama cat), Atticus (the baby boy) and Cali (the baby girl)...and thought I would share them with you...<br>&nbsp;<br>I think we named them fairly appropriately...Aphrodite (the goddess of beauty and love, she is sooooooo loveable and pretty), Atticus (because he was found in the attic) and Cali (just because she's a calico~actually a Dilute Calico).&nbsp; They are all healthy, I know because I had to take Aphrodite to the vet yesterday, her milk ducts got all hard and the vets office said she may have an infection...anyway she and both babies are fine.&nbsp; Atticus weighs 1.25 lbs, even though I have to force feed him.&nbsp; Cali on the other hand, loves to eat...<br>&nbsp;<br>I am really enjoying them, I couldn't tell you the last time I saw kitties this little...I'm used yo those 15-20 pounders. <br>&nbsp;<br>They love Barry, every time I set them on his chest to get their food ready they just curl up and go to sleep.<br>&nbsp;<br>He loves them too...he says all "puppies" are precious.<br>&nbsp;<br>Dr Marks says Aphrodite is a year old and the babies are 4-5 weeks, they aren't more than a handful each, other than those fat tummies.<br><br><img src="http://images.quickblogcast.com/116122-108398/kitten_candids.gif" border="0" width="559"><br><br> <table><tbody><tr><td><img src="http://images.quickblogcast.com/116122-108398/woofer_old.jpg" border="0" width="130"> <br> <br></td><td>&nbsp;Woof, <br>

		<content type="html"><![CDATA[It's been a little over a week since my Aunt Angela and Grandma and Great Aunt Pam left.&nbsp; Aunt Angela kept saying that she was gonna stick me in her bag she got in China Town and take me on the airplane with her.&nbsp; Of course she never did, but I miss her now!<br><br>She called and left our daddies a message yesterday and said that they had to call firemen out to her job.&nbsp; There was a cat and kittens in the attic of their office so the fireman came and got them out for them.&nbsp; Now Aunt Angela is taking care of them (with the help of some of her friends) and hopefully will be able to find them homes.&nbsp; She took a couple of pictures with her cell phone so I'm going to show them to you below.<br><br><img src="http://images.quickblogcast.com/116122-108398/mom_cat.gif" border="0" width="300"><img src="http://images.quickblogcast.com/116122-108398/baby_cat.gif" border="0" width="298"><br><br>Hopefully she will be able to find them homes soon -- I'm sure I will write an update about them if and when they do or if we get more pictures.<br><br><table><tbody><tr><td>&nbsp;<img src="http://images.quickblogcast.com/116122-108398/woohoo_med.gif" border="0" width="210">&nbsp;</td><td>&nbsp;Love &amp; Licks, <br>
